From the team.
When I started at Ariel's as an apprentice chef, I never imagined I'd one day own my own café. Ariel's helped me develop the skills, confidence, and experience to achieve my dream of working for myself. It's been an incredible journey, and I'm proud to now own Ariel's Auburn Street.
I knew from my very first shift at Ariel's that I had found my coffee family. I'd finally found a cafe that genuinely cared about providing quality coffee, excellent customer service, and promoted such a positive work environment — all of which were the top values I was looking for in a job. What started as 'just wanting to pick up a few more hours a week' turned into a 6 year adventure with the most incredible team and employers I have ever had. Fast forward to now, I've been running my own successful Campos cafe in North Queensland for the past 3 years, which wouldn't have been possible without the encouragement and inspiration from my Ariel's family. I miss my days at Ariel's, and am forever grateful for the skills, knowledge and experience I gained working for such an incredible venue.
